• WALL SPACES are first come first serve! 2 Tables plus 1 or more Rack Space based on availability. Power is only available at wall spaces, which are $20 extra for those on the wall only. You must bring your own extention cord and Tape.
• IMPORTANT! Extention cord must be 50 foot long to plug in upstairs.
• ONLY GAFFERS TAPE OR BLUE PAINTERS TAPE.

  If you plan on setting up music and/or video in your space, please respect performers and vendors around you by maintaining low volume or using headsets.

ATTENTION VENDORS:

As a vendor, please have the courtesy to clean all areas of your booth before you leave or we will have to charge you a cleaning fee. Please note that this is the policy of the Richmond Auditorium with which we at Carnival of Stars must comply and with which we ask that our vendors comply as well.

"The Auditorium parking is consistent with all previous rentals prior to construction.  The Police Department/Library parking lot immediately in front of the Main Library is the only lot impacted by the construction.  There should not be any problems with parking.  All load in and outs must be done from the rear of the venue or the Nevin Avenue entrance."
